After a few years of trying many granola brands and not finding a healthy yet delicious option, I decided to make one of my own. After many tries, I was still not convinced and became obsessed with achieving my perfect recipe. I spent many months in my home kitchen oven testing countless baking sheets until my recipe was finally accomplished. I deeply thank my family, friends and supporters that gave me the courage and excitement to embrace the idea I would create a very special granola brand named UCRUNCH.
