We carefully hand pack and seal our granolas. Although we haven't shipped big volumes, we have never had any issue with our products after delivery. Once the package is with the carrier, they claim all responsibly. If you have any shipping related issue, please contact the carrier directly. 

You can cancel your order anytime before shipping by contacting us, but we do not do returns or refunds.
